Video won't upload and shuts down program

I’m trying to use Starlight HQ via cloud rendering. However, whenever I do the program just shuts down. When I reopen the program and look at the queue, it’s there but it’s stuck saying “waiting for source video to finish uploading”. But the file is just 5 mb! Nothing happens.

I’m using Topaz Video ver 13.0 with windows 11 pro 25H2.
