Video length when using Starlight cloud export

Hi
I am trying to use Starlight Sharp/Mini with cloud export to process a video of just over 1 hours length.

However, when clicking the cloud export button, I get to a page where I can only choose a “preview” clip with a max length of 6 minutes to process.

How do I get to process the whole video?

EDIT: Just a typo.

You can’t export the whole video in one go using Starlight cloud processing. There is a frame limit that I think equates to 5 minutes at 30fps (9000 frames).

It’s also going to be pretty expensive.

Yes, that makes sense. I’m using a frame rate of 25 so that adds up to 6 min.
Thanks for clearing that up!

That’s Topaz’s decision, but if they want to make money and make Starlight Cloud more attractive, the 9000 frame limit is just ridiculous. And is the h264 encode still poor CFR=23, to save a little space? Hopefully that has been changed. I have 4300 credits left and might give it a try.

I had this same question and I would love to be able to send Starlight projects to the cloud that are longer than 5 minutes. It is really the only thing I even consider sending to the cloud because it takes a long time to run locally. Topaz, figure out the pricing on this because you are all are missing out as I would be buying tons of credits.
