Video Enhance AI version 1.6.1 client

Hi, I’m looking for an older client of Video Enhance AI as i am using Windows 7 which is not supported by the latest release, I’ve heard that version 1.6.1 does. Where can i reliable source it? Personally i think Topaz labs should do what Adobe has done, where one can download legacy versions of their software.

The oldest version I see listed on the Product Release section of this forum is 2.2.0.
