Video Enhance still crashes when you run another GPU intense application no matter if you turn down the GPU usage of Video Enhance to 10 %. This is an absolute no-go for a professional software and must not happen.

Raise a support request at the main website and also include the name of the GPU intensive application you have open and how much resources it is using.
Thanks for the tip AiDon, but it happened to the version before too where I rised a ticket and spoke with Eric about it, so they are aware of it already. Eric said:
“Certainly we don’t want our products to crash and we take it seriously when it gets reported. For now, my developers are recommending that you don’t use any other program while VE AI is in use.”
