Video AI on a framwork system

I am working with my client that uses this software getting him a new portable system.
I was thinking if a framework 16 with a swap-able gpu. That meets the spec or a framework 13 with an egpu? Would either of these work ok? Has anyone tested this software on a framework?

but no thunderbolt
the 13 has an intel and amd option. The intel has thunderbolt the amd has usb 4.

Unless they are only doing DVD to FHD enhancements, no Framework laptop will work well for TVAI. I think MSI is the only laptop brand left that puts in enough cooling to run something like TVAI. Of course you have to keep in mind that a laptop 4090 gives about the same power as a desktop 4070, and so on down the product line.
