Some here had also this Problem
I use win 11 with 3 Monitors, but soehow video AI is not on any screen.
I can see the icon on the taskbar bin no way to move to the visible area.
Pleas help
Depending on how your monitors are set up, the app could be opening to an old configuration where it thinks the monitor extends to.
Resetting the monitor configuration and layout can help here at times.

I started screen setup in Windows and moved the monitor position around until i saw the topaz window. So i could moved it into the 1st screen.
You ca test this by yourself: move the app to another screen close it and move the screen away.
But this cannot be the way to fix this. all other programms can check their position befor start the app and move it to a visible position
