Video ai 3.1.2 -> 4:3 video file automatically stretches in 16:9

Hi,

input 4:3 video file automatically stretches in 16:9 itself the output is 4:3 as in mp4 and MKV , when upscaling hd to 16:9 the image also stretches in 16:9 which in video ai 3.1.1 performed correctly.
