I’ve been waiting months now for a version that will not crash on my Apple M1 Max Macbook Pro (2022).
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi - I have found Topaz support to be most helpful and I would recommend you contact them. Although most of the log you included doesn’t mean much to me, I did notice the Mac OS version was 12.6 whereas the latest is currently 13.2. I have a Mac Studio (M1 Max and OS 13.2) and have had several versions of TVAI up to the current v3.1.1 without any crashing (there still many other performance related issues but that’s a different matter).

HI, Thanks for the info. I usually leave upgrading the MacOS to always be 1 version behind in order for all the bugs to be ironed out first :grinning: but I’ll contact support as you suggest to see if that could be the problem.

Deleting the Plists did it! There had been two plists in the preferences for Video AI - Duh!
Must have been causing a conflict.
