This is a known issue - Proteus Auto + Stabilization causes artifacts for short videos. For now, please try turning off Auto in Enhance OR try processing longer previews.

As you fellow bipeds know, we all use tools; lots of tools. Including computers and for everyone in this forum topic we use VEAI. One of the important things to know about any tool is how to use it to get the best results. This version of VEAI has Proteus 3, which is growing to be a very powerful tool for anyone needing to enhance their video. So, as with any modern tool, it appears to be surprising simple to use, but, by adding some techniques to use it we can obtain the best results. So: (Ta-Da!)
