I’ve never commented on this forum before, but I’m at my breaking point. I am done accepting the abysmal user experience to get what I want out of the software. We’re on version 7 and it’s no better than 1.0. I don’t want help, I don’t want instructions on the 20-click way to do the simple thing I am trying to do, I’m just done. This is the most frustrating experience I have ever had with anything, and it’s not even close. I am done.
If anyone at Topaz ever reads this, rather than commenting, I suggest you download the verson of the software you actually sell and try to do a single thing from start to finish. Not just one little step, but have a specific task in mind, open the software, and complete the task.

They are working on resolving them as quickly as they can. If you would like to share more about what the current issues you are seeing or the long standing ones are, please feel free to email the support team directly at help@topazlabs.com and we will try and assist or collect data to put in front of the devs for their understanding.
The models are some of the best in the industry right now (although most haven’t gotten an update in a while to be honest), but the user interface keeps getting more confusing with each update. Most people I’ve spoken to on other forums are still using either one of the 3.0 or 5.0 versions because of this. a better way to do batch processing is really all that I am interested in personally. Otherwise, I am hoping there is a renewed focus on the models and less on the UI/UX going forward.
