Hi, what is best program to outline and make darker flower veins and outline.

Yes I do. Luv it will watch this video. Not sure how this question went in, I must have pressed the wron button. it was one I sent in a few years ago, but still playing with topaz to get effect I want and had put my photo editing away for a couple of years, so will follow this tutorial. Abstraction is the first Adjustment listed in Topaz Studio 2.
This slider gives all the looks which Topaz Simplify provides … FYI
