VEAI in Tesla V100 Graphic Card doesn’t work well

We use Windows 10 and the latest Tesla V100 with the latest graphics card driver and use Topaz Video AI. However, GPU acceleration cannot be used. What is the problem?

You should contact the support people and ask if the app supports Teslas and other accelerator cards. I’ve never seen any mention of that.

I think it does only work via Command line of Video AI.

Since the V100 has no directx support.

Or you need a Pro GPU for display, but i think its about the cli.
