The following bug is back again, this time in macOS 27.2 and Topaz Video 1.7.1 -
I tried exactly the same file with 1.7.1 and macOS 26.7.1 - EDIT: AND macOS 27.0.1 and the problem does not occur.

After further testing, I’ve discovered that although this problem happens on my Studio M3 Ultra on macOS 27.2, it doesn’t happen on my Studio M1 Max also on 27.2. It was the same test file (mpeg2 MKV) and same Topaz Video version (1.7.1).
Just a reminder that the problem doesn’t occur at all on macOS 27.0.1.
Thanks.

To further assist:
| OS / TV version | 1.6.1 | 1.7 | 1.7.1 |
|---|---|---|---|
| 26.7.1 | OK | ERROR | OK |
| 27.2 | OK | ERROR | ERROR |
Mac Studio M3 Ultra in all cases.
After testing with older app versions and reinstalling the latest again, the problem is now resolved.
Thanks.
Andy
