V1.6.0 Cannot open AVI files

Hi,

I’ve been working on some old AVI files on 1.5.0 when an update notice popped up for 1.6.0, so I updated it and found I could not open any AVI files. I even tried to convert them to mp4, still no luck. So I reinstalled 1.5.0. It works! So the issue seems to be with the 1.6.0 update.

Please let me know when this bug has been fixed and it’s safe to update.

Can you share the input file for testing? I just tried importing a .avi into 1.6.0 and it worked on my end.
