I want to installa topaz video studio, just for use stalight with credits, Is that possible or i have to susbscribed to topaz video and bey credits too?

Yes, if you want to Upscale Videos only using Starlight then you can use a Cloud App called Astra which you can try for free before getting a Subscription

Or you’ll need a Topaz Video Subscription and either buy a one time Credits Purchase or a Credit Subscription Plan

Topaz Video does require a subscription to access and use, then if you wish to run videos through the cloud that requires an additional purchase of cloud credits.

We do have the Astra tool that can be used as And-E mentioned and that might be more of what you are looking for.
