Use of Tensor Cores on NVIDIA RTX Cards

I know this isn’t a easy request but I have a RTX 2070 and I see my results are pretty close to those of a GTX 1080. Since NVIDIA’s RTX cards have Tensor Cores which are specific for AI, so even a RTX 2060 should outperform a GTX 1080.
I was actually trying to determine if the tensor cores are being used by using NVidia Visual Profiler/Studio but ran into many errors and droped it. However, going from results found on the FAQ ( Topaz Labs ) It seems it doesn’t and it’s a shame. Or I’m missing something? I getting about 1 frame per second upscaling videos from 720p to 1440p in HQ

I have a RTX 2080 TI and would also welcome the use of the tensor cores. Will enhance things massive. So a upvote from me

Tensor cores are supported in Video enhance, Denoise, Sharpen and Gigapixel for over a year now.
