Upscaling last is a mistake, this may be just me but because of the Crop/upscale/face recovery bug for Jpegs I have been using Paintshop pro to crop and upscale images then using Topaz to enhance and finish off the images and getting noticeably better results in the process. I am also finding the Jpeg artefact removal on my 2016 copy of Paintshop Pro gives better results than topaz. Don’t get me wrong, the enhancement it provides when it works (Not often since V3.0) is great. but I am wondering why I am paying you to test what is really an aerly pre-release product.
