Do you mind sharing more about your configuration / clocks? I would like to see if/how I can increase my speed at least a little even though only my CPU has an AIO.

I just upped my 4090’s wattage to 600w tonight and am getting a more solid 8.9 with fewer drops.
I do not believe that I have otherwise overclocked it yet.

I haven’t overclocked my CPU and have kept multi-core enhancement off / power limit on since with 800 watts of power draw I am essentially out of wattage until my new PSU gets here.

After 3.2.3 Version my FPS has dropped slightly to an average of 11-15FPS when converting 1080p to 4K in H264 High Nividia with Artemis Denoise/Sharpen on and in MP4 at 40MB/s. I am using a i9-13900KF/4090 with 64GB DDR5 7000MHz water cooled and on a WD 4TB 850X M.2 NVME 7300 R/W Drive with a PSU of 1350 so I have no power supply issues.

My 1500watt psu just came in and I should be able to up my game later this week.

thanks again for the info!

This was an interestin read, I’ve been hunting for better performance for a while. Would bumping the CPU up actually make much difference?

Anyway if this helps peoples scaling expectations here’s my testing results:

Note the GPU runs at:
Core - 2745
Memory - 10251
Temp - 55c
