Update 1.6.1. Video aborts Neuroserver installation (firewall and antivirus disabled).

Can you pull the installer log from the logs folder and send to the support team at help@topazlabs.com and we can take a look into this?
The update to video version 1.6.1 is not working correctly.
The update cannot download the Neural Server. Otherwise, the new version will be installed.
A repair attempt was also unsuccessful (firewall and virus scanner disabled).
The following error message is displayed:
