Update broke the product

Precise 2.5 was working 2 days ago. Update broke it. As usual.

Did you run the in-app installer or do a clean full install of the latest release, and select to clear the previous models and files?

Devs look at the logs and are seeing a possible mismatch in the model/runtime setup. Can you do a clean install of the app and clear existing models and files, this will prompt the Neuroserver runtime to refresh and should fix that issue.

I had already done that, since my version just wouldn’t open, so I downloaded and installed a fresh version of the update, removing all old models and files. Today I ran the “repair” option of the installer which I just discovered, and it seems to have fixed it, for now. Thanks for your response.
