This happens with all my Topaz products when I am asked if I want to update with, I load the plugin from photoshop or Lightroom. This happens with any of the products so I just download and run as admin to be sure it installs ok. Not sure if others see this. It happened with Photo AI so I thought I would say something
Make sure you exit PS and update before starting PS.
