Unable to upgrade Gigapixel AI 6.1 to 7.0

I am attempting to upgrade Gigapixel AI version 6.1 to 7.0.

I am getting an error from the installation process the “uninstall.exe” is not found and the Setup fails.
I tried to uninstall from Windows 11 and Windows cannot find the uninstall.exe file.

I read a post on the forum of users having a similar issue whereby support directed the user to delete the REGISTRY key and the Topaz LLC Gigapixel AI directory. However, I’m concerned if I delete this directory, how will I run the Upgrade/update process since this is an update, not a new install?

Please advise on the proper root cause remediation.
