Since Topaz video version 1.2.0 I am unable to update on my Mac under MacOS 15.7.4 When I click on Install update now, there is a popup telling “Some exports are still processing. Installation will cancel the processing. Would you still like to continue ?” But in reality, I don’t have any running process… Ans if I click on “Install now” nothing happens.
Try doing a clean install from the installer below to overwrite the existing installation.
If that does not work, write in the support team directly at help@topazlabs.com and include any screenshots or error messages you are seeing.
