I cannot get VEAI 5.3.3 to activate it won’t allow me to get to the sign in page on the browser. All I get is what shows up in the attached screenshot. I’ve used Chrome and Edge both to try to authenticate. I don’t know where to get help for this, can someone point me in the right direction please?
Are you running any anti-virus or VPN connections that can be blocking the signal for authentication and activation?
Thanks for the reply. I do have a VPN but it is not currently connected. I haven’t had issues in the past either. I’ve had VEIA for a few years now and have been able to sign in and activate with no issues whenever a new version has come out. Also, I can log in just fine on the web site directly to access my account information and downloads. Thanks for the help.

I’m having the same problem activating Alpha 5.3.2.1.a.hyp.rxl. The Activate button changes to “Log in with browser,” and then the browser returns “Gateway time-out Error code 504.”
Cloudflare says it’s a host error.
