trying to denoise 1 raw image 42mp to Jpg and the software seems to gwt stuck 3/4s of the way and just wont finish. it been 1 hour and my fan is going like mad but nothing. it used to work ok, slow but it worked
if you proved the image for test I could give it a try too. Just let me know the exact settings you want to apply.
Are you using Photo AI or DeNoise AI?
Gigapixel doesn’t have a noise reduction feature.
