Transparenet images keep being changed to solid white

Hello, each time I am enhancing images with transparent background, the background is changed to solid white when exported.

This issue keeps occuring and I need assistance to resolve/fix the problem. I uploaded the original image as an example, and also what it is changed to when using Gigapixel.

Same issue here, I remember it working with transparency in the past am I wrong?
