Complete failure. Upgrade DVD to 4k/60. Using defaults from 4k&60FPS and SDR to HDR. Fails after a few seconds. No messages of any use. Total waste.
Can you grab the logs and share them with the support team for review into the matter? Depending on your systems hardware it could be a memory error, or a simple file path issue.
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
