I suspect this was done using Iris and Rhea, but the results are always a bit inconsistent. Moreover, because of Iris, the text is rendered blurry, yet it offers the same level of precision as Iris.
Possible combination of models and other editing effects. The eyes point towards Iris or Rhea but hard to clearly tell. There are many social media posts that say they run Topaz Video or Video AI using certain models, but its hard to verify if they have not done more editing on the videos, and what the original source video is.
