I upgraded my TopazStudio 2.3.1 to 2.3.2 and now it wont open. From the desktop shortcut the startup screen appears then disappears. From the actual program folder .exe file the program will start, get to a pop up with 'are you new to v 2 here a link to a help file… etc, ’ but a second later it will crash.
Checking on Windows application log the faulting module is Qt5Quck.dll
Nothing I can do (uninstall, clean reinstall, reboot etc) fixes this. I still have the download for version 2.3.1 so am going back to that until you’ve fixed this. Everything on my system is up to date including c++
I’ve attached the error log. I’m on Windows 11 (but I think I tried this version when I was on Win 10 and it didn’t work then either).
