Topaz video open but no windows

Mac 26.5.2 Topaz Video 1.6.1

So I have Topaz running but have been working on other programs. I bring it back up and there are no windows - just

I try all of the options but never get a window. The only way to get a window is to exit the program and start it back up.

This isn’t just a Topaz issue but this is where it just happened.

How do I get the $#@%@%$ windows?

Do the CMD+Tab or F3 options show you all the open windows and allow you to select them and bring them back to the front? Possibly the window has been pushed off screen, if you are normally running multiple monitors.
