Topaz Video Crashing

On a MacBook Pro with an M5 Max 40 Cores 128gb of ram. When I open topaz video, after about a minute it just shuts offs and says Topaz Video quit unexpectedly. Does anyone know why? It works fine on my windows computer.

Are you seeing an Apple Crash report get generated after the crash? If so can you send that to the support team at help@topazlabs.com for review?

Same issue on Windows. Updated to 1.6.1 and now it quits on open. Flashes for a couple of seconds and then quits. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Clearing the Windows Registry.
NVIDIA Studio Driver is up to date. Tried going back to 1.5 but same issue.

Windows 11
96gb RAM
Intel i9-13900k
RTX 4070 Super

Topaz Video 1.6.1 should have generated an installer log in the logs folder, can you grab that and send to the support team at help@topazlabs.com for review? Shoudl be labeled Topaz Installer log

Hey, thanks for the reply. I am not finding the that log anywhere. Would this be on the system level somewhere, or in the Topaz application folder? Even looking in the Windows system event viewer I’m not seeing anything.

Should be within this file path:

C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Roaming\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Video\logs
