When I go to download my cloud rendered files, they didn’t show up in the default folder where I had my original .mp4 files. I made a special folder for them and still no downloaded files? Where did they go?

When I go to download my cloud rendered files, they didn’t show up in the default folder where I had my original .mp4 files. I made a special folder for them and still no downloaded files? Where did they go?

They could have gone to the standard default downloads folder. When you are in the app interface, and you have a video completed and you have clicked to download it, click on the three dots on the far right and select show in Finder or Explorer and that should show you where the file was saved to.
If you still can not find them, grab the logs from the app and send to the support team at help@topazlabs.com and we can try and check.
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
