Topaz Video App exit issue

The Video App doesn’t exit at the end of project. The only way to close it is via the Windows 11 Task Manager.

Same for me I have to exit from task manager

Today I have succeeded to exit the App by “close project” followed by “exit”.
Don’t know if this the right way.

This should have been resolved in 1.1.0. If you are still seeing this issue, can you reach out to support with the link to this post and your app’s logs?

To gather logs, please open the app and select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

I had this issue prior, but updating to 1.1.0 fixed it for me.

v1.1.0 still has the problem for me. Does not close properly, black window hanging on screen after i click the X for closing the application in Windows 11. It happens sometimes not always. I kill the application through Task Manager then.
