I have a similar issue with an i9 10th gen. Here are the specs
More of a requested change than a bug, but:
- Minimize Topaz Video window
- Type Command-W w/o changing focus to another app
- Watch your job in progress quietly go away.
Very maddening. Command-W has a huge impact, and an āare you sureā dialog would be appropriate at a minimum.
In versions 3.3.2 and 3.3.3, there are 2 major bugs. Firstly, if I want to import an image sequence, for example a PNG sequence, the software crashes instantly. If I want to export an image sequence from a video file, well, I donāt get the preview generated on the right. Itās really very annoying. I donāt know if this bug was present on 3.3.1, but I donāt think it was on 3.2.9 and maybe 3.3.0.

Iād like to see a photorealism filter to process characters and architecture. Things like sub surface scatter and displacement(an ai corrective feature to grow/pop out wrinkles, pores, target moss when scene details seem flat and dull close up. This kind of feature would definately change the scope of requiring a photorealistic renderer. The AI could potentially cartoonify buildings, characters, lighting, etc. Maybe the features exist already? Havenāt yet fully explored the program.
When I open Video Ai, the ātrial yellow boxā shows up for several seconds - then turns to the feedback button?
WHY, when itās a purchased copy and account is signed in?
Is this only occurring with Chronos?

Not reproducible locally, appears to be machine or file specific. Please open a support ticket and we will look into this

This is expected and what you are seeing is the app connecting to the server and confirming the log in

All of those sound more like features of a 3D rendering program. Very usefulāto be sureābut TVAI is nowhere close to being that kind of sectional video enhancement tool.

Iāll give you this later this afternoon. Iām currently at work.
But the crash only occurs when the image sequence is imported. I donāt know if itās because my sequence starts on frame 0. Iāll also test later by removing frame 0 and starting on frame 1. Maybe that changes something. Or maybe it wonāt. Iāll see. Otherwise, last night I retested the image sequence export and strangely enough the previeuw was displayed normally. Whereas the other time it didnāt. Strange

Showing āTrial Modeā for 2 seconds in the upper right corner while checking the licence was already āfixedā in earlier versions, but this behaviour came back with the latest releasesā¦ TVAI should check in the backround if the licence is still valid and not show Trial Mode during checking.

Yes, 3.3.2 flashes up ātrial modeā as well as 3.3.3, whether offline or online. But if offline, it flashes so fast that you have to be eagle-eyed to spot it. If online, itās for a second or two.
It may be for security reasons of course but Iād have thought the same thing could be accomplished āsilentlyā so weād never see it unless unlicensed. Either way, itās a minor ābugā and there are much bigger fish for Topaz to fry.
