I am experiencing an issue where exported videos still contain a watermark even though I have an active subscription for Topaz Video AI.
I have already tried the following steps:
• Logged out and logged back in multiple times
• Reinstalled the software completely (including clearing all related folders)
• Verified that I am using the correct account with an active license
• Checked that the license appears as active in the account page
• Tested multiple exports (not preview)
However, the watermark still appears in all exported videos.
Please assist in resolving this issue.
