Hi,
I watched a couple of tutorials on how to use Topaz Video AI for upscaling video and I am disappointed on the what I am seeing. Basically I am seeing NO difference.
I am creating a short film using various apps like Midjourney, FLUX, Runway, Kling, Dream Machine, etc. I am working in 1280 x 720. All I am looking to do is upscale to 1920 x 1080 and also enhance some of the faces in the the shots. Its mainly only one face. I am not seeing any difference in the upscale.
I have seen so many videos on youtube about how good Tpoaz is and honestly I don’t see it. I am within my 30 days and was wondering if you could help me figure this out. If this does not work, sadly I would like a refund. To be clear - I would like to make this work, but if Topaz can’t do what it is known for then I would like my money back.
What am I doing wrong? Is there a discord where I can get help or can someone there show me - please. I am on a PC using an RTX 3080 with tons of RAM.

Use Iris or Rhea and bump the sharpness up a bunch.
I used both of those. I believe I did bump up the Sharpness to. Is topaz limited to REAL video or can it also do a decent job with AI generated video?

Hey, that would be great! How can I send it to you? Its a super short 5 sec clip, but only about 3 sec are usable. You know how AI video is! LOL

Two things: upscale to 1920 x 1080 AND bring out the detail in her face.
Maybe the rest of the scene too, but mainly HER. Thank you for the help and let me know what you see. In my tries I saw NO difference. : (

I see a lot of AI noise and little spheres lol. BUT this is a huge improvement. Can you (((PLEASE)))) show me the correct settings for this? None of the tutorial I have found mention 2nd pass. I need to know what you first pass is - AI Model. Then what the 2nd one is. AND how do you tell topaz to leave it at 1920 and just refine? Some of my clips are half this size and in TOPAZ I know how to just click on 2x Scale.
Please show me what to do?
Maybe just send me screen grabs of the settings?

So to be clear, Getting my footage to look better using TopazAI is NOT working for you either? And why do you use the term Archive? I use the term Render or Export.
Should I ask to get my money back?
Can TOPAZ Video AI solve my problem?
