Topaz Video AI doesn't want to regognize my email and/or password for activation

Same here… Worked fine yesterday. But today, it brings up that splash screen, and I cannot get past it. It asks for activation or trial mode. Neither work. Tried restarting PC, reinstalling Topaz Video AI, turning off my antivirus and NOTHING works. Logging into my account works fine (web), it’s the app that’s broken. The lack of support for this is truly disheartening and I’m going to look for another application to use since I’m in the middle of urgent projects…

The silences from the devs… Common! No answers to support emails… There are people working in the creative industry 24/7! (Yeah, on weekends too)

Did You resolve that problem ? I have the same, the computer does not connect to the server for authorization! I wrote to support… work is waiting and time is running out…

I solved the problem. You can see it for yourself in the beginning of this chat. The offline activation was the only option.

This is crazy! this can only be done with topaz support, right ?

Right! At least for now… IMHO.

It took about 2 days. They sent me some offline activation file.

Topaz Denoise AI has just done this same thing to me. It tells me to login, but does not accept my login details.
