I think your system would benefit from faster RAM for workloads which include upscaling (2X, 4X).
As u can see from a benchmark I copied from the benchmark thread, the GPU is a slower 4070 Ti and the 1X results are about 10-20% slower than yours. But the 2X results are (except for Gaia) already 10-15% faster than yours even though u have a faster GPU. 4X even shows up to 50% faster results. My guess the difference is the RAM since the CPUs are not too different.
Unfortunately we don’t know the RAM used (maybe u can ask user dece870717 by PM) but here is also a result from a manually tweaked 7000 er RAM with a 4080 super which is about 10-20% faster than your GPU but the 2X results are about 50% faster and the 4X results are about 80% faster:
Achieving top-RAM performance isn’t easy but depending on your current configuration, switching RAM to a faster kit without additional manual tweaking could give you decent (maybe 10% - 20%) performance boost for tasks including upscaling imho.
I would recommend testing your system with
and post the link to your result here. It will give u a quick evalution of your configuration relative to similar PCs and sometimes can also show whether there is something wrong in the setup (e.g. only 1 RAM stick or RAM in the wrong slots).
