I contacted one of VideoGigaGAN developer, he no longer works in Adobe. TOPAZ TEAM PLS HIRE HIM!
His skills will bring you more money and we will get super quality

Hello everyone! Have you even read the page? As of today, VideoGigaGAN can only process 200 frames. It also consumes a lot of resources and works slowly. What super quality did you notice there? The upscale is only 4x. So far, this is all an advertising campaign, nothing more…! )) As I understand it, there are two categories of users here 1) Works in Topaz, in the version that is stable for them and suits them. 2) Is engaged in criticism and constant installation of updates. Don’t expect magic here, there will always be errors. Personally, I would like Topaz x 32K, a plugin for FCPX and the Rhea model to work faster. M1Pro 16 ”2022. Thank you all and good luck! ))
