I was using 2.6.4 and it was working fine, download 3.0 and it just wont open, no error, nothing, no icon in a tray. i viewed what happened in windows event viewer and it tell me problem in ucrtbase.dll, i reinstalled microsoft visual, then all my drivers, reinstalled programm few times, last time even delelted all regedit records but still nothing happens
When this happens I reboot Windows and then I can start it again. 
i have the same issue, nothing…so i reinstall 2.6.4, and work with this version…shade and shame.
I have the same issue, reinstall or other manipulations do not work. What can i do?
