Updated benchmark for Starlight Precise 2.6 on macOS 27 with Video AI 1.7.1.2 beta

I ran the same video 640x480 2x up-scaled to 1280x960:

Type Proc CPU GPU RAM (GB) SSD (GB) spf
Mac Mini M4 10 10 16 256 18.0
Mac Mini M6 12 12 16 256 10.4
Mac Studio M4 Max 14 32 36 512 6.4

I’m glad to see you were successful in removing the non-working Aion from the benchmarks while that’s being fixed for macOS 27.

Regards

Andy

Yes, I removed the Aion entry from the benchmark configuration file. (Benchmarks.json) Had to restart Topaz for it to take effect.

Memory utilization on M5 Ultra remains low <16GB, will see if it gets higher with more complex videos

Thanks for this. After waiting so long for new Studio and 5090 being close to 2 years old now (and possible end of life now), was hoping the new Studio could at least match the 5090 :frowning:
