Topaz are aware of this bug and the next update should include a fix. This was following a test of a small “patch” they provided to me which fixed the problem.
In the meantime, as a temporary work-around, you might try reducing the max memory to 10% in the app’s settings. That was another way which solved it for me (M3 Ultra 96GB), but no guarantee it will work on other hardware.
