Topaz Video 1.1.0. often does not clean up its temporary files.
On the safe side i always process 1 file (not queuing). After processing i choose close all input files to be sure it is not locked. Then i try to delete the temporary file and process another new video.
Can you send the logs to the support team for review and any screenshots to highlight the situation here with the temp files and where they are located on your system? This way we can have the devs look into any possible causes or issues that they need to patch. help@topazlabs.com
