The v1.0.4 EULA still contains the following (so I haven’t bothered to install it):
“Access to or use of the Command Line Interface (“CLI”) is strictly prohibited under a Personal License”
Here’s a reply on 20 September from the Director of Product:
I’m not going to let this rest until we get a proper answer. In the meantime, I’m sure other users will come to their own conclusions, given that Topaz have had several opportunities over several weeks to change the EULA - IF it is incorrect.
