I had 3 active subscriptions going > Video AI, Photo AI, and Gigapixel.
I cancelled Video AI but kept my other 2 subscriptions going (they don’t renew until mid-November).
Does this mean with my remaining 2 subscriptions (Photo AI and Gigapixel), I’ll automatically get the full Studio package (including Video AI) as long as I continue to keep the remaining subscriptions on auto-renew?
Just want to make sure I didn’t make a mistake by cancelling Video AI auto-renewal.
Yes, you are correct however, make certain both applications are set to an Auto-Renewal Subscription and yes as long as you maintain an active Auto-Renewal Subscription on both, your special price will be locked in, which is actually cheaper than you would have paid for the original Topaz DeNoise, Sharpen and Gigapixel AI from a few years ago and you get seven applications in total including Topaz Video plus a whole lot of extras
I think they just changed this today or yesterday. I was in the middle of downloading “backup” installers since I’m leaving when my perpetual subscriptions run out, and I noticed it in between downloads
For the Video program? That’s odd. Gigapixel is also 1.0.0
I can’t use Photo yet because of technical difficulties. I was told to give it some more time and try again later.
It appears that they have renumbered the last version of the ‘perpetual apps’ to 9.9.9 and they all have AI in their names. The new Studio versions do not have AI in the name.
Therefore:
Topaz Video = new Studio version Topaz Video AI = perpetual version
