Can I get an extension for photo AI? Would like to produce videos about it I am with you as an Affilite. Is that possible?

A question, If I bought lifetime license to both Video AI and Photo AI. Does that mean I can access all the Studio products and features, or are there any parts I’d still need to pay extra for?

Looks like the cost of my Gigapixel renewals is going up from $54 to $99…
I had had no emails either. However; when I when to open my usual PhotoAI I had the opportunity to download and install the Studio version (took a while with some big modules to download! So, that opened smoothly so tried with GigglepixelAI - that likewise gove the chance to download the new studio version. Again straightforward. I don’t use Video AI so no knowledge if the game process applies.

$99 is the full purchasing price where did it say that’s the upgrade price
I’m a Bloom user and I can see that my plan has changed from Plus to Cloud. The price has also skyrocketed! I’ve emailed support about this as you can imagine. I don’t know if the new price I see is the regular price or the founders price (I have TPAI and GPAI as well, so I qualify).
There has been little clarity about what level of Bloom is going to be offered as part of Studio.
Also, how is the pricing calculated? If we have more than 2 active products do we end up paying more for Studio?

@AND-E @dakota.wixom - I have not got an email yet, appreciate it takes time etc, waiting it out and have got the studio versions with proactive download etc - BUT, without the email I am in the dark so thought I’d ask, what is the special gift that we are supposed to get if we have 2 active licenses? The initial email said it was “before the launch” but have not seen anything so now I’m curious…
Hi, I’ve upgraded Photo, Giga and Video to the Studio versions. Logged in and registered on all three. All three have are active with autoreneweal already set - so all good there ![]()
My question relates to the web apps. I understood that I’d also get unlimited cloud rendering on those too. However when i log onto Bloom it still has me down as on the ‘free’ plan (no renders left). Was my understanding of the cloud apps incorrect, or has the activation for the web apps just not happened yet

Hello, I never received an email regarding the subscription changes. This morning, just find out about the changes on a news site. The deadline was September 16, 2025! So I’m one day late. currently still had an active subscription for Photo Al. Video Al expired 4 days ago. This morning, I immediately renewed my subscription for Gigapixel Al and Video Al and activated it. now one day too late to automatically receive the new suite at the discounted price? never received an email, and it can’t be that I’m now being penalized!

I personally don’t work for Topaz but the image below everything that’s available with having 3 apps it’s the same deal as having 2 apps so, if minus one of the apps on the left you’re have everything on the right regardless of it were Two or Three applications.
