I am a long-time user with all three licenses active until mid-December 2025, and from the dedicated web page, I have already been âselectedâ for the activation of the new studio apps⊠but I have not yet activated any automatic renewal for any of the three licenses. Do I have to activate at least two auto renewal licenses in order to take advantage of the initial studio app promotion?
I donât understand why Gigapixel and Photo AI are separate, they might as well just merge the features together as one photo app as they are practically the same thing.
Thatâs for those on the Studio plan. Depends on the model used! Should be somewhere in the range of 10-20minutes of Starlight Mini depending on resolution from what I see. You can check in the app now actually.
I would recommend activating all auto-renewals for the best experience here and automatic transition. Otherwise youâll get an email and will have to do a manual checkout to create a new Studio subscription
We did that originally and people kept wanting to use Gigapixel so we brought it back. And it is now much better at colorspaces, large images, has generative models, and more. Photo has broader applications and also handles RAW images.
If I activate auto-renewal for a product that doesnât currently have it, doesnât that mean it will automatically charge my credit card on-file for a 1-year subscription I donât want?
Hi Dakota, Just to verify⊠is everyone going to receive an email to install the new program or are you going to post where to go for the download on here?
Depends on whether it is active or not. If not, youâll of course have to purchase an upgrade. If already active, it is just checking a box which turns this into a subscription (no current charge).
