Ray, I saw ida’s link to the Topaz Product Page and clicked it before asking my question. I asked the question because that link did not do it. Can someone be more specific about what I’m doing once I get there to enable auto-renew?
The product page just shows the products for new customers. Once I’m logged into my Topaz account, I see choices like “Change my details, API keys, Dashboard…” etc. I opened all of the choices. I did see that I have only one active subscription, but two active licenses, as I said. I didn’t see a place to enable auto-renew for the other active license that is not listed under Subscriptions..
Please read my first post. The changelog is very (very) short and say nothing about it must be install for the coming update or not. This is the point.
I think no. I think it should be “Added support for Topaz Studio update”.
So we don’t know what the full price of the new studio model will be assuming we were to pay the full rate.

Not true, you keep all your current credits that you’ve purchased before. The additional monthly credits that come with the Studio bundles will operate differently.

The perpetual licensed products will no longer receive major updates. You’ll get access to the new versions of our products though which will.
The new product doesn’t appear to be much different from the current ones apart from being subscription.
The studio releases are packed. Some of our best new AI models in the new Studio releases, and much more coming.
I had the same problem, and found if I clicked the question mark next to the active wording by Photo AI it took me to a page to purchase the product for $199. I clicked the link, and it showed a price of $99. I clicked that, and was able to turn on auto renewal, at a cost of $0. It shows that my renewal date is next July when my year contract ends, so I auto renewed for no cost, and therefore ended up with two auto renewals turned on. ( I already had one) I am now getting the full Studio on the 16th. Hope that helps.
Once you are logged in, go to the product page and then click on the link to the app that you want to subscribe to. Once you have done the it should show you what your options are.
Thanks for the Information. Is it possible to get the subscription prices i had last year while extended all apps? I have cancelled the subscription weeks ago before i knew that there will be only a subscription model. Now after reactivate they’re higher priced.
I don’t think that’s possible, you can always ask support - but the current auto-renewal prices for Photo + GP give you Studio access and all products for a screaming deal. That would be my recommendation.

I love your apps very much and using your apps since it was very BETA period(when TVAI was VEAI), but this times your upgrades(?) were very confusing.
Most of all I don’t know any of the price of TOPAZ STUDIO, but I have to decide that I pay for “auto-renew” in a few day. It is very stressfull.
Can I decide I shoud activate “auto-renew” or not, after I got your New TOPAZ STUDIO’s price?
It will create a new subscription at the current price you are paying as long as you leave auto-renewal on. Whatever you are paying now will be far less than the list price of Topaz Studio, so it’s going to be a great deal.

Not sure if I follow - at that point there will only be the Studio versions to subscribe to. There won’t be any more updates to the perpetual licensed products but you can still use them forever!
@rayinsanmiguel - looking at your account, you already have a auto-renew on for both Photo AI and Gigapixel. No further actions to take! On 9-16 these 2 auto-renews will give you access to the full Studio offering. You can see details on your current auto-renewals in your Subscriptions page
Thank you both, bbrill and Ray. That worked. Anyone else with this issue: just be careful to click on the link for the Upgrade Version at the bottom, not the Full Version at the top, and you’re given the option to Subscribe. Somebody near the top of this thread made the mistake of trying to do it from the Full Version purchase link and ended up buying a second license at full price! (Dakota said they’d fix that, but who needs the hassle?) When you do it right, you see a “Subcribe” button with “Total due now: $0.00” and when you click the Subscribe button, you now have an auto-renewing subscription. Thanks again.
I’m wondering if that’s necessary, since you wrote that you get Topaz Studio with two active subscriptions. Then Photo and Gigapixel would be sufficient. Or am I misunderstanding something?
Video AI is priced $151.13 / year on my subscription page. All 3 together would be 315$ per year + the newly added EU VAT, which makes everything 19% more expensive. All three will therefore be significantly more expensive than in recent years during the Black Friday and Christmas deals.

I love Topaz products i have tried all your competitors products and in my opinion you are way ahead of the competition at the moment but i am not a wealthy business man just a pensioner trying to restore old family photos and vhs and dv tapes so if the product gets too expensive i have to go to the 2nd best option whatever that may be.
You must be fed up with all the questions you are getting from concerned customers but i am sure you understand why they are asking them.
If Topaz gave us all the facts up front e:g full price assuming no discounts etc etc you wouldn’t be getting all these questions, i won’t be going anywhere near the auto renewal button until i know what i am committing myself to.
