I’m in, now show me what you’ve got.
I can always get out at any time.
Thats one of the new models.
I hope it gets another update and becomes even better.

After, Same AI Model as above.
I’m in, now show me what you’ve got.

I’d recommend either renewing that + another product, or owning TPAI + GP to get access to Studio at the best price possible. There should be some emails going out about this. But in short, if you have auto-renewal on for 2+ products you should automatically get Studio access.
I have an active license of Photo AI 4.03 and have received nothing. When I log in to your link I get this.
We can’t wait to share what we’ve been working on. Stay tuned to your inbox. If you haven’t received an email yet, that’s okay. We’ll be sending out individual notifications over the next few weeks.
Check my note from above - probably because you only own one product. I believe the email went out to those with 2+ products on auto-renewal only so far.
Yes - I’d recommend renewing + turning on auto-renewal for both GP and TPAI. This will get you the best deal possible + automatically transition you to Studio AND you keep the perpetual licenses forever as well as a special “founder” access inside Studio if you keep your subscription.
There are new variations of Starlight - Starlight Sharp is in Beta, another new Nyx model, and also optimizations for Starlight Mini + Mac and AMD coming all in the Studio release for Topaz Video. There will be much more in the future.
I have 1 product, PAI, and I got an email
If you only have one product you’ll just get the new version of that product no the full Studio bundle. So, the trick here is to purchase Gigapixel now, and make sure auto-renewal is turned on for both products. Then, you’ll automatically receive Studio access + you keep perpetual + founder status, and you’ll have a killer deal with our lowest price possible.
Ah ok. Yeah, our email segmentation isn’t perfect, too, unfortunately. There sending some more emails here.
The email was correct for me:
Thanks for being a founding customer.
On September 16, we’re launching Topaz Studio, a subscription collection of all our apps. Studio will include 7 products, over 100 image/video AI models, unlimited cloud image processing, and local processing.
Because you own an active upgrade license to Photo Al, you get access to the new Topaz Photo, new pro-only models, and unlimited cloud rendering for images at no extra cost. On Sept 16:
Ah ok perfect! Yeah we have so many different variations of our products (think bundles, different states) that we have to handle each one separately by hand. So not everybody got an email yet.
I’m confused about one sentence in Eric Yang’s email:
On September 16, we’re launching Topaz Studio, a subscription collection of all our apps. Studio will include 7 products, over 100 image/video AI models, unlimited cloud image processing, and local processing.
Topaz’s current lineup features 3 desktop apps, a mobile app, and a dozen web tools.
What specifically are the 7 “products” that will be included in Topaz Studio?
I don’t see how to turn on Auto-Renewal on the website. Does it actually show/say “Auto-Renewal”? or just next billing? I used PayPal for Topaz Video AI Perpetual in July 2025.
OK, thank you, Dakota. That’s very clear and specific. I understand the deal being offered much better now.
So if I’m understanding the offer correctly, it seems the best value for getting Studio AI is having active one-year subscription licenses with auto-renewal enabled and maintained from 09/16/2025 onwards to Gigapixel AI and Photo AI. Assuming they didn’t already have a license for the current version of Video AI, one reason someone might want to add before September 16th a one-year license to Video AI, which is more expensive than the other two, is if they want to be able to have a perpetual license to the current version of Video AI that would continue if their Studio AI subscription lapsed.
Do I have it right?
Mmmm. Let me check with the team on the Paypal case, I’ll report back here
Checked with the team - you’ll need to use a card to get access to Studio. Paypal doesn’t allow for subscriptions with a $0 initial period, which is most of our products that had a trial.
Try this link here and see if you can renew that way:
https://topazlabs.com/my-account/downloads/
“Extend 1 year” will also give you the same flow to actual turn on auto-renewal:
See here:
Unfortunately it appears Paypal is not an option at this time.
As a workaround, you may be able go to your payment methods screen, add your Paypal there, and then change the subscription to use it after you’ve toggled it on.

That’s correct. That’s currently the best value combo out there at the moment.

Exactly. We’re also seeing if there’s a way we can offer the same low price here, figuring out the details to do this.
I added a card there but it made me pay $199 now with autorenewal. I don’t understand what I just did. It charged my new card $199 even though I was already paid up until June of 2025.
now it says taht I own 2 seats of Topaz VAI, I do not want 2 seats. what can I do???
