Last spring, I was playing with a lens gifted to me from a friend whose late husband bought it while stationed in Vietnam. The lens is a Takumar 50mm F1.4 and I love the feel this lens gives when used with a newerish camera. Later in the year, after using a different lens to capture hummingbirds, and evaluating Topaz to use for Denoise, etc., I bought into the full suite. I am not a photoshop guy - through work I’ve used enough Adobe products to really dislike them, and besides, it’s just not my style. After installing studio, I stumbled across an article talking about Impressions and related tools and I started to play. This is not the first result of that playing-around that I’ve posted here, but a fun one nonetheless.
